Prototype update v0.0.3 is live!

Some highlight updates:

• New launch menu, with an improved tutorial (more to come here in the future!)
• Customize your deck of cards in the new "edit deck" menu
• Get a preview of the cards in your opponent's deck, so you can plan ahead!
• New unit: Charger - a big-horned ram who ignored units and runs straight for enemy buildings
